ABout Thermo Perfusion Systems

Thermo Perfusion Systems designs and builds medical devices and disposable sets for regional
cancer therapies. The company was established in 2006 to fulfill a market need for an affordable
and practical purpose-built device for the delivery of hyperthermic therapies. These highly
effective treatments have typically used expensive modified heart-lung machines to perform the
procedure. TPS developed its patent pending Thermo Modulation Technology and easy-to-use
proprietary disposables to make these devices safer, more accurate, smaller, and less expensive
than the currently available systems.

Our IPHCare product is in the design and development stage. It is currently not available for sale in
the US.

TPS has established commercial partnerships with approved outsourced manufacturing and
pharmaceutical partners. We are working with our pharma partners to set up Phase-III clinical
trials to establish a definitive economic reference for success of these procedures in increasing
life expectancy and reducing the treatment costs for those patients with peritoneal surface
malignancies of various origins.
